The method

How we capturethe reality of a job.

Six steps from a role nobody outside can see to a simulation any candidate can live.

Most jobs are invisible from the outside. Our method makes one visible — its hours, its challenges and its standard — and turns it into a job simulation that reveals who can really do the work.

01

1. Understand the role

Before any camera arrives, we interview the manager and two people who do the job to learn what the role really demands.

  • The outcomes the role is measured on
  • The tasks that fill a real day
  • The mistakes that cost the most
  • The non-negotiable requirements: safety, quality, compliance

02

2. Map the day, hour by hour

We write the day-in-the-life: what happens at the start of a shift, at the peak, when something goes wrong, and at hand-over. This map becomes the spine of the simulation.

03

3. Choose the task that reveals talent

From the map we pick one task that a strong candidate would handle well and a weak one would not — and we agree with you how the work will be judged.

04

4. Film the people who do it

On one shoot day we film five short videos with your team: an opening, a task kickoff, a manager brief, a bridge and a close. Real place, real voices, no actors.

05

5. Finish, check and consent

Colour, sound and captions are finished; ten quality checks are measured; every person on camera has a signed release on record before anything is delivered.

06

6. Build it into CareerOn

The videos and the task go live as a simulation on CareerOn. Candidates enrol, complete the work, and you compare what they produced.
